Press release -
Infobric Group acquires Hyrma – an enterprise software solution for rental companies
Hyrma, a web-based software solution for the rental industry, has been acquired by Infobric Group. The acquisition strengthens Infobric's customer offering for rental companies.
Infobric Group, the Nordic region’s leading digital partner for the construction sector, continues its growth journey by acquiring Hyrma. Hyrma offers an extensive software solution for the rental industry with functionality including service planning, usage overview, invoicing and rental forecasting. The company was founded in 2010 and has since established a strong base of both customers, partners, and integrations.
-We are very happy that Hyrma will now become part of Infobric Group. The acquisition strengthens our offering toward rental companies with a modern software solution that helps them to optimise their business. Together, we hope to be able to contribute to the digitisation of the rental industry, says Dan Friberg, CEO of Infobric Group.
By combining Hyrma with Infobric’s other solutions, a rental system fully integrated with telematics is enabled. This means that data from machines and equipment becomes a natural part of the rental system.
-The merger with Infobric is a fantastic opportunity for Hyrma to continue growing and at the same time give our customers a long-term and future-proof partner. I am happy and hopeful about the opportunities to speed up development but also to find synergies with other Infobric services that can provide added value for customers, says Peter Johannesson, CEO at Hyrma.
Hyrma became a wholly owned subsidiary of Infobric Group on January 4th, 2023.
