Infobric Group creates new business area for the rental industry - acquires three technology companies

Infobric Group is expanding its offering by creating a completely new business area for the rental industry. As part of this initiative, three companies that develop business systems for rental companies have now been acquired: Intershare, Hyrma, and Winhyra. The new business area will support the digitization of the rental industry.

Infobric Group, the leading digitalization partner for the construction sector in the Nordic region, is further expanding by acquiring Hyrma, Winhyra, and Intershare, which have the Onlet and Wincar systems. The three companies develop complete business systems for rental companies and have established strong bases of customers, partners, and integrations in both Sweden and Norway. The acquisitions mark the start of the formation of a new business area for the rental industry.

The new business area will enable a rental system fully integrated with machines and equipment that can also be accessed via Infobric's Ease app, an app already used by 300,000 people in the construction industry. This creates exciting opportunities ahead linked to Infobric's unique offering on construction sites in the Nordic region and UK.

Intershare, Hyrma, and Winhyra became wholly-owned subsidiaries of Infobric Group during the first quarter of 2023.
