Press release -
Infobric Group acquires MSite – the UK’s leading workforce management supplier for construction
MSite, the UK’s leading workforce management supplier for the construction industry, has joined Infobric Group. The acquisition further strengthens the customer offering seeing as MSite, as well as Infobric Group, have a clear sustainability profile and develop intuitive solutions for complex challenges in the construction sector.
Infobric Group, the Nordic region’s leading digital partner for the construction sector, continues its growth journey by acquiring MSite. MSite is the market leader in the UK with digital solutions for site access and attendance, registration and competency check as well as for inductions. With a strong focus on end-user experience, MSite has established strong customer relationships with reputable players such as Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall, Vinci and Bam.
- We have followed MSite for a long time and are incredibly happy that they are now joining Infobric Group. MSite has made a similar journey in the UK as we have done in the Nordics and has built an impressive customer base with large, international customers in the construction industry. Our combined service offerings make it possible to deliver even more value for our customers while at the same time positioning us more clearly as an international digitalisation partner, says Dan Friberg, President and CEO at Infobric Group.
The UK has long been a pioneer when it comes to both digitalisation and health and safety management in the construction industry. MSite's local presence and market-leading position lays the foundation for knowledge transfer that will strengthen the customer offering for Infobric's entire customer base. The acquisition is also the first outside the Nordic region and will be an important part of Infobric's ambitions to continue to grow internationally.
- MSite has trailblazed digital workforce management in the UK Construction space for 20 years, but our ambitions have always been to be a global company. By joining the Infobric family we have that opportunity to expand our reach whilst continuing to be at the forefront of the digital revolution underway in construction. I am incredibly proud and excited to take our team and MSite to the next stage of our journey, says Neil Norman, CEO and founder of MSite.
At present, Infobric's services are used on more than 16,000 construction projects and by more than 300,000 users. MSite became a wholly owned subsidiary of Infobric Group on April 30 and will continue to service the UK market under its own brand and with the existing workforce in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
