Infobric Group acquires TotalCar's Fleet operations - strengthens its position in Fleet Management
Infobric Group has acquired TotalCar's Fleet Management business and its customer base. TotalCar is a well-established company within Fleet & Asset Management in the Swedish market. Through the acquisition, Infobric expands its customer base within the Fleet business area and thereby strengthens its position as a leading player in the digitalisation of vehicles, machines, tools and equipment.
Infobric Group, a leading digitalisation partner for the construction sector in the Nordic region and the UK, is growing further with the acquisition of TotalCar. Infobric's Fleet business area (formerly TelliQ) has grown strongly in recent years with an annual growth rate of 20-30%. Today, the company is one of the Nordic region's largest suppliers of Fleet Management systems with over 100,000 connected vehicles. The company has also broadened its product offering to the construction industry with services for tracking and connecting equipment and tools.
