The acquisition further strengthens the customer offering seeing as MSite, as well as Infobric Group, have a clear sustainability profile and develop intuitive solutions for complex challenges in the construction sector.
Infobric Group, one of the leading SaaS companies in the Nordics within services for socially sustainable and resource-efficient workplaces, has acquired AddMobile. Through this acquisition, the Group is expanding its product range with project management services and strengthening its position as a leading digitisation partner for the construction industry.
Infobric and Omega PS have entered a joint investment to provide IT solutions that support a sustainable and organized construction industry. The co-owned company, HMSREG AS, will provide systems and services that improve efficiency for trustworthy construction companies, contribute to the fight against work-related crime, and contribute to fair market competition.

Infobric is building a Nordic group together with the acquired companies; TelliQ, Blastmanager, and Tempus, with the goal of accelerating digitalisation in areas such as the construction industry. Kristina Laurelii joins the Infobric Group as new CFO, Chief Financial Officer. Her most recent position was as CFO of Svedbergs Group.
